In-process inspection
Weight, thickness, width and appearance are checked on line, with immediate adjustment if a value drifts.
Finished goods
Colour difference, surface defects, hand-feel, colour fastness and lamination peel strength checked against the approved sample.
Pre-shipment
Quantity, width, packing and labelling verified; batch records supplied with the shipment for traceability.
Claims handling
On any quality feedback we check the batch and retention sample first, then agree replacement or rework as contracted.
